Q & A with fatburn.com's Experts

Q:    I have pms 3 weeks out of the month. I'm always hungry along with multiple cravings, body aches, fatigue, and weight gain. I try to keep my 4-5 days a week workout, but my body won't allow me. What can I do to help these issues? And should I continue to drink alot of water?
Asked By Anonymous
A:    The first question is best answered by your doctor. Drinking water is always a good idea.

Q:    I can not find where to track my water consumption on the tracking food tab.
Asked By Jennifer
A:    Just add the water in your "find a food" box (as you would any other entry) and it will show up on your chart.

Q:    I have been working out with a personal trainer and do circiut training 3 times a week? Each workout includes lots of stretching. I was wondering after my workout with my trainer I not very soar, should I be soar after each out ?? I haven't been for some time now and I want to know if this is something I should expect? Thank you an advance for your response

A:    You should be challenged each time you workout with your trainer. Should you be sore? Yes, but not like you were the first time you started. You should be tender the next day. This will tell you that you worked your body past the place you were before. Good luck.

Q:    i have been dieting for a while consuming 1500 cals a day and lost 1 to 2lb per week.i started a new job 6 wks ago where i burn off on average 550 cals a day and my weight ghas stayed the same ive lost nothing.does that mean im now making my daily calories too low.i was thinking of going up to 2000 calories a day and still burning off my 550,will that work.1 week i didnt stick to my diet for 3 days ate quite alot and my weight stayed the same so does that mean im burning off enough so i can eat more, any advice?

A:    You have too many questions without enough personal information to give you accurate answers to your questions. However, sometimes the body will slow it's BMR down to stop you from starving yourself. Consistency is the key here. Also, just be patient. Weigh loss is a commitment to a new way of life and needs to be gradual. If you stay with the your program, being sure you are in a caloric deficit each day (while eating healthy and balanced), your body will respond. Be consistent and patient.
