 Q:    if i go on the trampoline for like 15 to 30 mins a day can i burn fat?

 A:    All exercise will burn fat. The tramp is great. Now you need to make sure that you're burning more calories than you're eating every day in order to lose the weight you want.  
 
 Q:    I am using the Gazelle Glider for exercise, and when I search to see how many calories I am using, there is a differentiation between light and moderate aerobic exercise on this particular glider. How do you define "light" and "moderate" aerobic exercise? I am not sure which one I am doing. Thanks.

 A:    You can be at the high end of your aerobic range or the low. You can figure this out by using this basic formula:


A 30 year old woman.
220 - age (30) = 190

60% of 190 = 114
85% of 190 = 161

114 is the low end of your aerobic range and 161 is the high end. Use a heart rate monitor to find out where your heart rate is during your exercise and make you choice from there.
