 Q:    I work from 8pm to 4am. I sleep from 9am to 4pm. should i start a new day then? or should i do my days from midnight?

 A:    Start the new day when you wake up for work.  
 
 Q:    I will start driving a tandem axel truck between 5 and 7 hours a day but there is no activiy listing that will cover calories burned for that day. Any Suggestions?

 A:    Don't use the exercises for driving the truck. Use the "work day level" and the "stress level" to calculate the extra calories burned.  
 
 Q:    I work out every night about 35 mins with billys bootcamp for abs. I do not eat after 6pm I eat about one maybe two med size meals a day. I am not losing any weight what can I do I am 24 female at 220 lbs but I do have muscle its not all fat. help

 Q:    i dont feel like im losing any weight, but i am watching what i eat and i exercise everyday except on sunday. what do i need to do? thanks.

 A:    Losing weight is tough and it takes consistancy. You must give your body a consistant message of burning more calories than you eat each day. When you do this, your body will use stored energy (body fat) to supply you with the energy needed for the day. We recommend that you burn at least 500 more calories than you eat each day so you lose at least one pound a week.
