We bought a trampoline for our kids at Christmas. I am in the process of losing weight, 13 lbs, via Weight Watchers and I am interested in starting to excersice. I have started jumping on the trampoline, just 10 mins right now. What muscles will I be working and how fast will I see results? |

The trampoline will do a great job of working your entire body. How fast you lose weight will be a direct result of how many calories you eat verses how many you burn. You must consistantly eat at least 500 fewer calories than you burn each day to lose one pound a week. |

No. The only weight you will be losing is water weight, and that can have a negative effect on your overall health. The only way you will lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat consistantly each and every day. |

It's all about how many calories you eat verses how many you burn. To lose wieght, you have to consistantly burn more calories than you eat each day. We recommend that you burn a minimum of 500 more than you eat each day so you lose one pound a week. You look at the fat grams for two reasons. What kind of fat are you eating, there are good fats and very bad, and fat grams have almost double the amount of calories than most carbs and protein. |
