 Q:    I am a 22 year old female. I weigh 105 lbs, which may not sound like a lot, but I have cellulite on the front and backs of my thighs as well as my buttocks. My mother and grandmother also have this, which leads me to think some of this may be heredity. Other than drinking more water and working out more what else can I do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

 Q:    I have been trying to loose weight for 2 & 1/2 months now. I have went from 208 to 185. I seem to have stopped loosing weight but I am still loosing inches. I Have lost a total of 13 &1/2 inches. is this still good even though the scales are not saying anything?

 A:    The scale rarely lies. Outside of water retention, which can be caused by multiple reasons such as diet, allergies to food, hormones... just to list a few, if you are losing inches you should be losing weight. The only other way you would be losing inches and not losing weight is if you are adding muscle. This is possible, but it's important to know that it's a much more difficult and slower process to gain muscle than it is to lose weight. The average woman, if burning 500 more calories than she eats daily, can lose one pound a week (four pounds a month). To gain that pound in muscle is a much more difficult task. In a well designed and executed dietary and strength training program, the average woman will gain one pound of muscle every three months. So that would average out to twelve pounds of body fat lost in the same time it took to gain a pound of muscle. The average man, in the same sort of strength program, can gain one pound of muscle each month. The difference in ability to gain muscle faster between men and women is the hormone testosterone. Men have more, making muscular gains not easier in effort but quicker.

Your weight loss progress to this point is a great accomplishment. You should be very proud. Just be careful not to get sucked into the gym myth of muscle to fat conversion. Keep up the great work.
 
 
 Q:    I cannot seem to add any of my saved meals to my daily meals. There is no option to add this. I have looked and tried everything. Help!

 Q:    I am vegan vegetarian. Will your program still work for me? Most programs tell me that I need to add at least a little meat or dairy to my diet. I am not willing to do that. Thanks for your time.

Of course, protein is a essential part of a balanced diet. As you know you can get plenty of protein from other sources other than meat. That being said, there is no doubt that fatburn will still work for you. Eat a balanced diet, make sure you are consistantly burning more calories than you eat (we recommend 500 a day) and you will lose weight.
