im 14 and i dont drink carbonated drinks but i do drink carbonated energy drinks. Im trying to tone up but i dont know if i should or shouldnt drink those |

It's all about the calories in verses the calories out. If those drinks cause you to consume more than you're burning, you will not see the results of the hard work you're doing.
