I have a question... When I do work out, I seem to gain more muscle and my number weight keeps going up, I know muscle weights more than fat. I want to burn fat, not gain any more muscle. Im a horse back rider, and this already gives me enough muscle.Is it me not eating correctly?I dont know... how do I burn my fat? |
