 Q:    if you throw up are you not only throwing up the nutrients but the carbs fats and calories too? also if i get a sweet tooth will it affect my weight if i dont consume over my daily caloric intake?

 A:    Jessica,

Throwing up is NEVER a good idea in exercise and weight loss. Yes, you are throwing up some of the nutrients and calories when this happens but not all. The body works at a fairly fast pace absorbing what it needs after consumption. This is why bulimics don't look deathly skinny. But, the hazards are endless. The stomach acid, that is brought up, will cause gum deterioration and esophageal ulcers. The ulcers in your esophagus are the real danger. In the long term this could cause you to start bleeding and you wouldn't know it was happening until it was too late.
 
 
 Q:    Please explain vigorous anairobic versus airobic elliptical trainer

 A:    Anaerobic is where you are pushing your heart rate above 85% of your maximum. In this state you will come to failure at a fairly fast rate. Aerobic is 60-85% of your maximum heart rate and you can hold this pace for as long as needed to finish your session.

 Q:    I have been exercising 5 days a week in for 2months+ and have not lose any weight. My clothes are getting a little looser which I am hoping means inches are coming off. I want to know is it common to loose inches before weight and when will I start loosing weight since I have been consistent with my routine for weeks now. Thank You for all your help!
