Jay,
The amount of time it takes you to lose the body fat around you waist will be congruent with the amount of exercise you do verses the amount of calories you eat.
For instance, if you burn 500 more calories than you eat a day (consistantly)it will take you 10 weeks. If you burn 1000 more calories than you eat a day (consistantly), it will take you 5 weeks.
It is completely in your control. Fatburn.com was invented to give you an accurate daily summary of how you are progressing.

I have heard that it is better to workout first thing in the morning than any other time of the day. Does it really matter what time of day you workout? |

Your blood sugar is lowest when you wake up. If you then go and do an earobic workout your body begins to burn stored fat sooner. That is the science behind working out in the morning for weight loss.
That said, remember it's a numbers game. You still have to burn more calories than you eat consistantly to achieve your goal. The doesn't have anything to do with time of day. |

| Q: |

is it wise to work out 3 hours a day to reduce weight |
|
| Asked By Anonymous |
| A: |
|
If the workouts you are doing are low impact and you have the time, then three hours is fine. The question you have to ask yourself is; can you sustain that pace once you have reached your goal?
We want you to lose weight and keep it off. The best formula for that is to set a reasonable pace that can be kept up after your success. |
