hi dear ..thanx for replying ...i wanted to ask tht stationery bicycle in gyms or house are eqaully effective as the other bicycles that we ride on raods ..both burn calories equally? |

Your welcome. Riding a bike on the street or in the gym burns the same amount of calories. On the street, however, will be a bit less consistant. Starting and stopping for traffic and climbing up and down hills will change your heart rate taking you in and out of you aerobic zone.
Our suggestion to you is to ride the kind of bike that makes you most happy and likely to exercise consistantly. |

We added the forums a little over a year ago and our users just haven't taken to posting messages. We have around 1000 users on the site, which isn't too bad considering we've done zero marketing. If you have any suggestions on how to make this more effetive, we'd love to hear them.

We are a weight loss program. Our system is designed to teach you how to eat the foods you like inside the formula that allows you to reach your weight loss goal. We expect you to choose your own food so that you take ownership in your choices.
Fatburn.com can be used for gaining weight by making sure that, when you enter your food and exercise for the day, the calories you eat are always more than the calories you burn. This will cause you to gain weight, but it will be fat. We don't usually recommend that users get fatter.
What you may want to do is go to your local gym and find a good trainer that will assist you in putting 10 pounds of lean muscle on your frame. |

SO,if I sign up do I have to exercise everyday ? How often should I? Sometimes I would run in place for about 15-20 min.and do stretching exericise and try to lift weights,does that count?Sometimes I be to tired to exercise.I need some energy.Any suggestions on that ? |

By using our program, most find that in order to lose weight they have to do some exercise to burn the calories needed to reach their goal. That's the learning process you go through.
As far as extra energy, you will find that as you lose weight you will have much more energy than you have now. The reason is two fold. The first is that, as the weight comes off, it takes less energy to move through your day. Just imagine carrying 20 fewer pounds all day long. The second is your execitement level rises. The more successful you become at losing weight, the more you want to do the things neccessary. |
