Hi I recently went on a 21 day water fast and did a little of bit of walking everyday and did yoga and lost 27 pounds. Was that all fat loss or muscle loss? (My body isnt flabby either). |

The treadmill is a great way to burn calories (read the Health & Nutriton article, "The fastest way to burn calories.." for more info)but is only part of the equation.
