Sorry---we are not sure how pounds are in a stone but the short answer is, spot weight reduction is a myth. You lose weight all over your body (including your cheeks!) at the same time. You don't give your age but many young people (especially women) have "chubby" faces, even into their early 20's. Don't worry, age will thin out your face. |

I am 24 and 196 pounds, I want to loss at least 2 pounds a week, so how many calories should I eat and how many should I burn off working out a day? |

The answer is as individual as you are. Each person will have a different caloric intake total, each day of the week, to reach the required 3,500 more calories burned than you eat to lose one pound of body fat. If you burn 500 more calories than you eat a day, for seven days, you will burn 3,500 calories. On a day that you burn 2,500 calories, you can eat up to 2000 calories. On a day that you burn 2800 calories, you can eat up to 2300 calories. Each person will be different and each day will be different. Join fatburn.com to track how many calories you are consuming and burning every day. We can help you achieve your weight loss goals! |
