 A:    Read the Health & Nutrition article, "How do I get a 6-pack?" for the answer to your question. Since you are under 18 and still growing, we recommend you check with your doctor AND your parents before starting any weight loss or exercise program.

More importantly, we think comparing yourself to Beyonce is very unrealistic. It's her job to look that way and she probably spends thousands of dollars on personal trainers and nutritionists not to mention the hours of dancing she does everyday to stay in top condition. Trying to look like a super model or pop diva is almost impossible. Most of them don't even look as good as their pictures thanks to good lighting and airbrushing. The important thing is to look and feel great about being YOU!

 A:    Homemade hamburgers are great, as long as you eat them in moderation. Grilling or baking is more healthful than frying but eating a fried burger once in a while is fine. We suggest you talk to your parents about which foods to choose for good health.  
 
 Q:    Im a 31 yr old mother of two. I am 5 ft tall and have always been under 112 pds. My highest weight was 136...when i delivered my daughter. Now it seems like I gain weight so easily. Even when I try watching what I eat and exercise I cannot lose any weight at all...I am currently 123 pds. It seems like I gain weight so easy where before I always maintained my weight. Any suggestions?

 Q:    i,m 35 years old and 6 feet tall. I weigh 205 pounds. I,m of medium frame. When people try to guess my weight they usually give me 180-185 pounds. I really look much more thin then most 205 pound males who are 6 feet tall. I dont have bulging muscles so how can a lean guy who is not very muscular weigh so much?

We don't know what you look like, but many people are able to hide their weight in clothes. Perhaps you carry your extra pounds around your waist or on your stomach so it's simply not noticeable. Being tall also helps and weight gain on someone of your height is much less noticeable than on someone who is 5'7".
