 A:    The Body Mass Index calculation isn't a perfect calculation for everyone. The normal range for women is 18.5 – 24.9 but other research indicates that most women prefer to be in the 20-22 range. Society places a great deal of pressure on women of all ages to look a certain way. We recommend you do a reality check with a health professional to make sure you have a realistic body image.  
 
 Q:    Hi, I lost weight but I still have fat around of my waist, how I can burn that fat without loosing more weight from other parts of my body?

 A:    Spot weight reduction is a myth! You lose weight all over your body at the same time. In other words, it matters not one bit how many sit-ups, crunches or other types of spot training exercises you do. The only way to lose weight in ANY area is to burn more calories than you eat. You need to burn 500 calories per day MORE than you consume to lose one pound of fat per week.  
 
 Q:    should I always take a shower after exercising?
