 Q:    I read your article 'The fastest way to burn calories while excercising' and found it extremely useful. My question is that for instance if I am cycle in my aerobic zone for 60 minutes and then move onto a another exercise then does the calorie loss follow the same pattern from the beginning with more carbohydrates and less fats then moving to more fat or does it straight away start with the rate I left from the cycling.

 A:    If you move on to another aerobic activity, you will continue burning fat at the same rate.  
 
 Q:    Liposuction? I am going to try and do my best for the next 3 months to loose as much fat and tone as much as possible, but I read that you can not loose "cellulite"! Is Liposuction something I should be considering, or do you think eating right and working out with cardio and weight training should do the trick? P.S. My butt and upper legs is where I have an issue!! It runs in my family!!

 A:    We at fatburn.com DO NOT endorse liposuction as a method of weight loss. It is dangerous AND expensive. If you don't think it's possible to lose cellulite, check out Christina’s success story.  Q:    im only 12 but i have to lose weight to play football i run ever day i eat only 800 caliories i need help what are some good stuff to eat what kind of protein shakes and the ingredients i need i need help bad but fast

Protein shakes are not the best way to lose weight. It is important to eat healthy, balanced meals in order to lose weight and stay healthy and fit for life.

We understand your problem and feel that the best thing for you to do is talk to your parents and your doctor to make sure you are eating a healthy diet and exercising appropriately. We are concerned about your health and it is possible you are actually eating too FEW calories. Playing football is fun (and good exercise) but if you aren't healthy, you won't be able to play your best and may even injure yourself.
 
 
 Q:    i am 17 and way 210 pounds if i i bench for about 30 minutes and run a mile how much calories do burn

 Q:    I work all day and I normally do not get to the gym before 7:00 pm. Is it better to eat my dinner before or after the gym if I want to lose weight?
