To do cardio for a longer duration at less intensity, or shorter duration at a higher intensity. (Ex: 45 minutes @ moderate OR 30 minutes @ high)

If you are already at your ideal weight and are trying to be stick thin, you may be hurting yourself. We suggest you check with your doctor to find out what is appropriate for you.

 A:    Spot weight reduction is a myth! You lose weight all over your body at the same time. The only way to lose weight in ANY area is to burn more calories than you eat. You need to burn 500 calories per day MORE than you consume to lose one pound of fat per week.  
 
 Q:    Hi I am 16, I am 5'5 and still growing and i weigh around 118 i was wondering what kind of diet I should be on to accomplish a 6pack. I have a 2 pack right now but i would like to lose excess fat on my waist and legs, what exerises can i do for them?

 Q:    i need to lose 10 pounds i have been going to spinnign classes and changing my eating habits, but i still seem to have lost any weight.
