Hi, how do you know how many calories you are burning? I hope this makes sense, but I know the amount of calories I consume, but I don't know how to keep track of the calories I burn. I guess I'm asking what exersizes I can do to burn off the calories I need to. Thank you for your time, and hope to hear from you. |

how to lose a belly fat in a week? |

Spot weight reduction is a myth! You lose weight all over your body at the same time. In other words, it matters not one bit how many sit-ups, crunches or other types of spot training exercises you do. The only way to lose weight in ANY area is to burn more calories than you eat. You need to burn 500 calories per day MORE than you consume to lose one pound of fat per week.

The answer to your question is yes; it is possible to lose weight without exercise. All you have to do is burn 500 calories per day MORE than you consume. HOWEVER, it is important NOT to starve yourself so you need to eat a MINIMUM of 1000 calories a day to maintain a healthy metabolism. Read the article called, “Why fasting is NOT…” (http://www.fatburn.com/article_show.asp?article_id=25) for more information. A woman of your height and weight probably burns 1100-1200 calories a day just by living (no exercise) so we recommend you do some type of exercise in order to reach your weight loss goal, even if it only means walking ½ hour each day. Exercise is important and we recommend you start now!
We are concerned about your wanting to get down to 100 pounds. At your height, that is considered UNDER weight. We think 109-120 is more realistic, healthier and frankly, more attractive. We encourage you to join fatburn.com (it’s a great investment at only $7.99 a month!) to find out how many calories you burn (without exercise) based on your height, age, current weight, etc. and how many calories you can eat to reach your goals. Good luck and please check back and let us know how you are doing!
