 Q:    My question is - Im a 41 year old male trying to lose 15 lbs. I know how many calores I should consume and burn each day, but how many grams of carbs should I consume each day? I lift weights 4 days per week and some type of aerobics 4-5 times per week. Thanxs

 A:    There is no set number of carbs you should consume each day but we suggest carbohydrates make up about 50% of your daily caloric intake. Check out the Health & Nutrition article entitled, "Is Cutting Carbs..." for more information.  
 
 Q:    Hi, there! Because I eat a lot of Weight Watcher's meals that have the nutrional information listed (calories, fat, carbs, etc.), will I be able to input this nutrional information in to the USER MEALS area instead of choosing '1 oz chicken' and '1 oz pasta' ? Thanks in advance. (I hope I am clear enought.)

 A:    You will find some of Weight Watchers meals already in our database. When one you haven eaten isn't there, simply click "Add your own food" and enter the nutritional information (don't forget to include portion size). We review all foods that are entered by fatburn.com users and add them to our database if appropriate.
 
 
 Q:    What if I am on vacation and do not have access to a computer - how can I keep track?

 A:    Well, that does make it a bit difficult. Hopefully, you will have been using fatburn.com for a while before you go on vacation because then you will have a good idea of what the "right" amount of food is and you will be able to guess at your daily caloric intake. Pay attention to alcohol consumption and lowered Activity and Stress Levels and adjust your intake accordingly. Don't forget to relax and have fun though! We will be here when you return.  
 
 Q:    i'm stuck on my weight. what can i do to start losing again?

 Q:    I am 35 yrs old and weigh 170 lbs. I have been recently working out every morning with my Tammie Lee dvd. I do 15min work out concentrating on my abdominals. I recently signed up at a reputable gym and use the treadmill for 30mins. I eat moderately and drink plenty of fluids. Do you think I am able to lose about 20 to 30lbs in 10 weeks?

 A:    Weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week is a more realistic goal so to lose 20-30 pounds, it will take 10-15 weeks.
