To enter your daily activities, you’ll first have to enter and save your weight, activity level, and stress level for that day.  Then you’ll search for the type of activity you performed — anything from walking to weightlifting to housecleaning to sex — and specify the number of minutes you spend on the activity.  The calories burned will be calculated for you and added to your daily total.
