Hi Love this program. can't get the calories needed for each day to work for me. I put in 10Lbs to be lost in 10Wks and it keeps coming up in red, so I upped the wks to 20 then 30 etc... still hasn't worked. I just want to make sure I am getting in the number I am supposed to everydayl.
Thank you.

The number comes up red as a warning that you may not be eating enough calories. Just be sure that you're eating at least 1000 calories and everything should be fine.
